We use your location information from your mobile device to enable authorized users within Bluetooth range to search for devices within range. You may turn off this feature through the location settings on your mobile device.

3. How you can choose how we should use your Personal Data

a) We get access to abovementioned information when you:

• Access the website or the SPINTLY PARTNER APP;
• Register, subscribe, or create an account with SPINTLY PARTNER APP;
• Open or respond to our emails;
• Contact customer service or use other customer support tools;

• Provide information to our vendors.

b) As a SPINTLY user, you have the power to control how you can limit how we use the Personal Data that we collect:
